Main tasks 主要任務:1.Accessories planning according to production monthly plan and stock依據生產計劃制定月度(輔料和生產制具)計劃2.Place orders to suppliers(輔料和生產制具)3.手冊新建,變更,結案等,報關報檢等物流事宜( 進出口等)4.根據計劃,組織物流發貨(注意計劃的更新);5.不良報告的跟蹤處理;6.采購發票/收料單的整理并確保其與系統的一致性,有效性7.必要時對采購和倉庫的工作予以及時協助8.Identify potential risk in purchasing with planning, and escalate to manager if problem can't be solved識別采購中潛在風險,超出自己能力范圍時,及時把問題升級至部門經理Requirements, qualifications, skills要求,資格,技能:1.Good English in writing, reading and speaking良好的英語聽說讀寫能力2.Good in PC skills良好的電腦操作技巧3.Good knowledge of purchase procedure and experience of international trading and contracting熟悉采購流程,具備國際貿易和合同管理的經驗4.Good sense of cost analysis具有良好的成本意識5.Self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure能夠自我激勵,獨立完成工作; 具有一定的壓力承受能力
